Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breast filets
- - flour to coat
- dash salt and pepper
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1 medium white or red onion
- 1 medium apple
- 1 tablespoon butter
How To Make apple juice chicken

Step 1Slice onion and apple thinly. Satue in butter for 5 min on a md heat. Coat chicken in flour and add to pan. Add Apple juice and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer until juice has thickened to a nice sauce and chicken is cooked though. Be sure to turn chicken several times to cook fully.

Step 2This is really good with white or wild rice.
