    chicken stock
  • 1/4 c
    each apple juice and balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and garlic powder
  • 4
    bone in chicken thighs
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • balsamic glaze

    Mix the first 9 ingredients together. Add the chicken to a instant pot. Pour the apple juice mixture over the chicken

    Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes. Allow the pressure to release naturally. Remove the chicken and then put the sauce through a fat separator. Set aside,

    Melt the butter in a saucepan and then whisk in the flour until smooth. Add the sauce and cook until thickened.
