I'm not sure where I got it but possibly Allrecipes. The gal made these for her parent's 50th wedding anniversary, so it can be resized to fit your needs...and very nummy.

Ingredients
- - oil for frying chicken
- 6 - skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup ranch style dressing
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 - scallions, chopped
- 1 can bacon bits
How To Make anniversary chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 350° F(175°C)

Step 2In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts, and sauté 4 to 5 minutes each side, until lightly browned.

Step 3Place browned chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Brush with teriyaki sauce, then spoon on salad dressing. Sprinkle with cheese, green onions and bacon bits.

Step 4Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
