This is my version of stuffing and chicken casserole. I throw recipes together all the time and don't really measure.
This is loved by all who taste it :)

2 c
chopped cooked chicken (i used 3/4 of a large can of chunked chicken; drained)
1 c
chicken broth, low-fat
1 can(s)
cheddar cheese soup; undiluted
2 c
stuffing mix, chicken
1/4 c
diced onion (i use frozen)
1 c
frozen veggies of your choice
1 c
shredded cheddar or swiss
1/4 c
parmesan cheese

How to Make Angie's stuff yo face chicken


  • 1Chop chicken, or drain the can if using canned chunk chicken. SAVE 1 CUP OF THE BROTH
  • 2Preheat oven to 350
  • 3Add all ingredients together except the cheeses; mix well. Put in a 13X9 in. pan and cover with tin- foil
  • 4Bake for about 30 mins. Remove foil and top with the cheeses. Bake uncovered for about 10 mins. or until bubbly and golden.
