Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 large eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1-1/2 pound chicken breast tenders
- - oil for frying
How To Make amy's fried chicken tenders

Step 1Heat 1-2 inches of oil in a large, deep skillet.

Step 2While oil is heating, mix together, flour, seasoned salt, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika together in a shallow dish.

Step 3Beat together milk and eggs and put in another shallow dish.

Step 4Roll chicken in flour, and dip in egg mixture then roll in flour again; Brown over medium high heat until chicken is golden in color and coating is set.

Step 5Serve with favorite dipping sauces.
