Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1-1/2 pound chicken breast tenders
  • - oil for frying

How To Make amy's fried chicken tenders

  • Step 1
    Heat 1-2 inches of oil in a large, deep skillet.
  • Step 2
    While oil is heating, mix together, flour, seasoned salt, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika together in a shallow dish.
  • Step 3
    Beat together milk and eggs and put in another shallow dish.
  • Step 4
    Roll chicken in flour, and dip in egg mixture then roll in flour again; Brown over medium high heat until chicken is golden in color and coating is set.
  • Step 5
    Serve with favorite dipping sauces.
