  • 2 lb
    chicken tenders/breasts (4)
  • 2 bag(s)
    butter crackers (ritz)
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1/2 c
  • 3 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp
    dried parsley

  • 10 oz
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Amanda's Crispy Cheddar Chicken


  1. Crush Crackers, add salt & pepper
    Dip Chicken in milk, then cheese (press cheese into chicken) then press into crackers
  2. Spray 9x13 pan and lay chicken in pan. Sprinkle with dried parsley. Cover with foil & Bake at 400 degrees for 35 mins.
    Remove foil, bake additional 10-15 mins
  3. In medium saucepan combine sauce ingredients with whisk. Stir over medium high heat until hot.
    Serve over chicken
