Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken tenders/breasts (4)
- 2 bags butter crackers (ritz)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- SAUCE
- 10 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make amanda's crispy cheddar chicken

Step 1Crush Crackers, add salt & pepper Dip Chicken in milk, then cheese (press cheese into chicken) then press into crackers

Step 2Spray 9x13 pan and lay chicken in pan. Sprinkle with dried parsley. Cover with foil & Bake at 400 degrees for 35 mins. Remove foil, bake additional 10-15 mins

Step 3In medium saucepan combine sauce ingredients with whisk. Stir over medium high heat until hot. Serve over chicken
