almost buffalo chicken dip
I read the recipes out there, saved a few too, but we like our food a bit spicy. I didn't have the money to get all the new spices, so used what we had. Very good, very easy, and makes a ton of dip! Great for the Super Bowl - what I first made it for. :D
Blue Ribbon Recipe
This twist on Buffalo dip is so tasty! It has the chicken, spice, ranch, and blue cheese flavor from Buffalo chicken dip, but without the vinegary tang. Instead, it has enhanced flavor from the green chilies and garlic chili sauce for spice. We liked the level of heat, but you can always increase the chili sauce if you like recipes very spicy. A super easy dip recipe.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 2 boxes cream cheese, softened (one pound total)
- 4 ounces blue cheese crumbles
- 3 cans chicken (12.5 oz ones, drained well)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 can diced chilies
- 3 tablespoons Rooster chili/garlic sauce
- 2 cups Colby jack cheese
How To Make almost buffalo chicken dip

Step 1Put cream cheese in large bowl. Let soften.

Step 2Add blue cheese crumbles, ranch, garlic /chili sauce, chicken, grated cheese, and diced chilis.

Step 3Blend well with mixer.

Step 4Put in a Crock Pot.

Step 5Let melt, on Low, at least two hours to really heat it.

Step 6Serve with your choice of celery/crackers/chips. We love corn chips with it!
