Ingredients
- 4 small chicken, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup tuscan house italin dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 cup instant rice
- 1/4 cup planters sliced alomonds

Step 1Cook chicken in Tbsp dressing in large nonstick skillet om medium heat for about 4 mins on each side or until evenly browned

Step 2Stir in broth,garlic powder and remaining dressing;bring to a boil. Cover simmer for 5 min or until chicken is done.

Step 3Remove chicken cover and keep warm. Add broccoli to skillet cook uncovered for about 3 min. Stir in rice and 3Tbsp nuts.

Step 4Remove from heat; cover and let stand about 7min
