How to Make Almond Chicken
- Skin, joint and remove any fat from chicken. Place pieces in shallow baking
dish or casserole.
- Melt margarine in pan, add crushed garlic. Brush
margarine and garlic mixture over chicken pieces.
- Sprinkle almonds and
chives over chicken pieces, then sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Bake
uncovered at 350 for 1 hour or until cooked. Serves 4
