Ingredients
- - 1 chicken (2 to 3 lbs.)
- - 2 tbsp. margarine
- - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- - 1/2 oz. ground almonds
- - 1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- - salt, pepper
How To Make almond chicken

Step 1Skin, joint and remove any fat from chicken. Place pieces in shallow baking dish or casserole.

Step 2Melt margarine in pan, add crushed garlic. Brush margarine and garlic mixture over chicken pieces.

Step 3Sprinkle almonds and chives over chicken pieces, then sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour or until cooked. Serves 4 Source: My Old Recipes
