2 tspyellow mustard seeds

1 tspcumin seeds

3 Tbsppaprika

2 Tbspdark brown sugar

2 tspkosher salt

1 tspcelery seeds

1 Tbspgarlic powder

1 tspcayenne pepper
How To Make all purpose dry rub

1In a small skillet over medium heat, add peppercorns, mustard seeds & cumin seeds until toasted, 2 minutes. Let cool. Put into spice mill or small food processor & adding remaining ingredients & pulse until finely ground.

2Store in an airtight container up to 3 months.
