Ingredients
- 6 - chicken, boneless and skinless
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 8 slices swiss cheese
- 2 cups italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup real butter
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic or more if you'd like
- 1 - onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 - family size can of cream of chicken soup
How To Make adie's swiss chicken

Step 1Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees. In a 9x13 Pyrex Dish layer the chicken breasts, soup, heavy cream, white wine. Then Saute' chopped onions with garlic and add to pyrex with all other ingredients. Then add 1 Family sized Can of Cream of Chicken soup.

Step 2Top each chicken breast with a slice of swiss, and then in a bowl mix together Parmesan with the Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Add bread crumb/Parmesan mixture on top of swiss cheese slices. Then cut butter into pad slices and arrange on top of bread crumb mixture on each piece of chicken.

Step 3Bake in Pre-heated Oven for 45 minutes UNCOVERED. Let Cool, then serve with a side dish like broccoli and crescent rolls.
