How to Make 7 up Chicken Marinade
- I mix all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. I take boneless skinless chicken breast and filet them in half so they cook more even. I put the chicken in the bag as much as I have left from a family pack.
- I wiggle the chicken in the bag to get it all covered and I put it in the fridge over night. The next day I cook it for dinner or I freeze it. I am surprised how nice it tastes and keeps even after freezing it.
- I would be surprised if you don't add this to your weekly menu during the grilling season. I am sure it would cook nicely in a George Foreman grill too. Yummy!
