How to Make 30 minute Chicken Curry
- in a skillet, brown outside of chicken. Inside will still be raw.
- Turn temp down to simmer. Stir in rest of ingredients and cook until chicken is cooked through. Stirring ocasionally. Add more water if sauce gets too thick and starts to burn.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
Optional: add some frozen peas a few minutes before taking off the heat.
