  • 1 lb
    angel hair pasta
  • 2 c
    cooked chicken off the bone
  • 2 c
    cooked sausage 1/2" thick
  • 2 c
    cooked diced ham
  • 1 large
    yellow onion , chopped
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 16 oz
    cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 3
    chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 c
    hot water
  • 1-2 c
    parmesan cheese , grated

How to Make 3 Meat Pasta by Paula Deen

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven @ 350°.
  2. In a large pot boil pasta in salt water until done , drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl combine chicken , sausage , ham , cheddar cheese , onions , cottage cheese and sour cream
  4. Mix bouillon cubes and hot water together , when dissolved pour over meats and pasta.
  5. Pour mixture into a 9x12x2" greased baking dish.
  6. Top with the parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly around the edges.
