2nd chance sweet & sour chicken
Thrusday night I made extra baked chicken. It would have been a waste to throw it out. I wanted to make my famous "Lemon Chicken" but I didnt have the lemon sauce. I did have sweet & sour sauce. So I diced up the leftover chicken & came up with this new dish. Uncle loved it, he asked for 2nds, I think this might make a run to be my new "famous chicken" dish. We'll see what my brothers say lol.
