15 minute chicken parmesan risotto
My stepmom made this when I was visiting, and shared the recipe. Of course, she noted additions, and I was not surprised to see wine as one of them!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 2/3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 2 cups minute rice
How To Make 15 minute chicken parmesan risotto

Step 1Heat the oil and saute chicken until done and brown. Add soup, milk, cheese and seasoning. Stir and heat until boiling. Stir in rice and tomato and simmer on low heat 5 min, covered.

Step 2Note: Barb also added garlic powder, marjoram and white wine.
