    frozen onion rings,thawed
  • 2 c
    crumbled real bacon bits,divided
  • 1 c
    cubed process american cheese
  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp
    steak seasoning
  • 1
    packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    sea salt/black pepper
  • 1 3/4 c
    honey barbecue sauce,divided
  • 3 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make western bacon cheeseburger casserole?

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.Add thawed onion rings,1 cup crumbled bacon bits and cubed american cheese;mix well.

    Heat olive oil in a large,deep skillet over medium-high heat.Add ground beef and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and crumbly.

    Stir in steak seasoning,dry onion soup mix,garlic powder and sea salt/black pepper..Remove from heat.Drain and discard grease.

    Transfer into large bowl,combine 1 cup honey barbecue sauce,dijon mustard and remaining bacon bits;mix well.
