So if a walking taco and a taco salad had a casserole this what it would look and taste like to like to me and my family. My family loves this walking taco casserole. Extremely easy to make and very versatile. You could add beans or rice to this casserole as you are layering if you would like. Instead of Doritos you could also use any type of tortilla chips or corn chips you would like as well.
