Ingredients
- 6 cups zucchini
- 1/4 cup onion
- 3/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups stove top stuffing (chicken flavor)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 to 3 cups cooked turkey cubed
How To Make turkey-zucchinni casserole

Step 1Combine soup and sour cream then add the first 3 ingredients

Step 2Combine stuffing and melted butter. Stir Add to mixture above. Add turkey. Stir well.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered
