One of our family favorites. My mother made it frequently with leftover turkey. I'm sure you could use chicken also, we prefer the turkey. Published in the family cookbook; Jedlicka Heritage Cookbook

Ingredients

  • 6 cups zucchini
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 3/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups stove top stuffing (chicken flavor)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 to 3 cups cooked turkey cubed

How To Make turkey-zucchinni casserole

  • Step 1
    Combine soup and sour cream then add the first 3 ingredients
  • Step 2
    Combine stuffing and melted butter. Stir Add to mixture above. Add turkey. Stir well.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered
