This is an easy way to use leftover turkey and sides from a big meal.

Ingredients

  • 2&1/2 cup left over mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups left over cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 jar turkey gravy
  • - salt to taste
  • - pepper to taste

How To Make turkey leftover cassero

  • Step 1
    Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degree.
  • Step 2
    Place mashed potatoes in prepared casserole dish.
  • Step 3
    Combine turkey and gravy in a large skillet. Bring just to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in stuffing until thoroughly combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 4
    Spoon turkey mixture over potatoes spreading evenly until they are covered.
  • Step 5
    Cover casserole and bake 25-30 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Serve hot.
