Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 16 ounces black beans
- 1 1/4 ounces ortega chili seasoning mix
- 16 ounces salsa
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni, penne pasta or pasta shells, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar (i used more)
How To Make turkey chili macaroni

Step 1heat oil in large skillet over med heat until hot. Add turkey and onion. Cook and stir in seasoning mix. Add beans, salsa, macaroni, water and salt; stir well. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 min, stirring halfway through cooking to prevent sticking. Mix in cheese. Cook and stir until cheese is melted.
