This tuna casserole was something I made up years ago. Times were tough and I needed something cheap and comforting for my family. It's definitely not diet food. Everyone who tries it likes it.

Ingredients
- 16 oz boxes pasta of your choice, I use fettuccini broken in thirds
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 12 ounces frozen peas
- 1 - 2 cans tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 bag crushed potato chips
How To Make tuna casserole

Step 1Boil pasta per package directions.

Step 2Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add milk, soup, peas, and cheese. Cook on medium-low heat until the cheese melts. Add tuna.

Step 3Combine sauce with pasta and pour into a large pan sprayed casserole dish. Top with potato chips.

Step 4Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
