tuna casserole
I didn't care for tuna casserole when I was growing up nor am I a fan of casseroles to this day, never liked a lot of ingredients mixed together but when I stopped eating meat,I needed to find meals I could put together quickly but still taste good especially now since my oldest son doesn't eat meat as well. I made this recipe loosely based on another recipe here on JAP by LD.I added a few more ingredients and I really like this one. It's colorful and yummy. It doesn't have too many ingredients and it's easy for my son to make and he loves it.
