I have been making this tuna casserole for many years and it is always a hit. It is chock full of vegetables and cheese.

Ingredients

1 pkg
egg noodles, no-yolk variety cooked
1 can(s)
cambells cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
1 can(s)
campbells, cream of celery soup
1 can(s)
campbells cheddar cheese soup
1 large
onion, diced
1 large
green pepper, diced
2 large
cans tuna
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 c
panko bread crumbs
4 oz
pimentos

How to Make Tuna Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Saute onions and peppers until just sweated.
  • 2Prepare noodles and strain in colander. Return to pot and add all of the soups, pimentos, onions/peppers, and the peas. Mix in tuna.
  • 3Spray 13 x 9 cooking pan with non-stick spray. Pour casserole mixture into pan. Top with cheese and panko crumbs. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
