My family always cooked Italian, so until I got married and tried tortillas with Mexican filling, this was the way I had Tortillas! They are very good!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds bulk italian sausage
  • 2 cups cream style cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 cups bottled spaghetti sauce
  • 10 large whole wheat or white flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make tortilla roll ups

  • Step 1
In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned, drain off fat. Stir in cottage cheese and flour. Add oregano, basil and garlic powder to the spaghetti sauce. Stir 1/2 c of the spaghetti sauce into the sausage mixture.
