My family always cooked Italian, so until I got married and tried tortillas with Mexican filling, this was the way I had Tortillas! They are very good!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds bulk italian sausage
- 2 cups cream style cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 cups bottled spaghetti sauce
- 10 large whole wheat or white flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make tortilla roll ups

Step 1In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned, drain off fat. Stir in cottage cheese and flour. Add oregano, basil and garlic powder to the spaghetti sauce. Stir 1/2 c of the spaghetti sauce into the sausage mixture.

Step 2Spoon about 1/3 c meat mixture onto each tortilla, roll up jelly roll style. Place tortillas, seam side down, into a 9x13. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over tortillas.

Step 3Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 35-40 min. Uncover, sprinkle with mozzarella, bake 3 min more to melt cheese.
