I create a seventeenth recipe with tiger sauce. This one is cajun and it combines smoked sausages and alfredo sauce along with bow tie pasta.

  • 16 oz
    uncooked bow tie pasta
  • 1 Tbsp
    avocado oil
  • 1 lb
    smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 md
    red bell peppers, chopped
  • 3
    banana peppers, sliced
  • 4
    shiitake mushrooms, diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 3 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 c
    tiger sauce, divided
  • 1 c
    shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 1 c
    half and half
  • 1 jar
    refrigerated alfredo sauce
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tsp
    dried basil
  • 2 c
    shredded pizza cheese blend

How To Make tiger cajun alfredo sausage casserole

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Coat the bottom and sides of a 13-x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

    Cook bow tie pasta according to package directions; drain.

    Heat avocado oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add sliced smoked sausage and cook and saute for 5 minutes until are browned.

    Stir in the chopped red bell peppers, diced mushrooms, sliced banana peppers, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and 1/2 cup tiger sauce. Remove from heat.

    Spoon evenly into a greased baking dish. Top with shaved Parmesan cheese.

    Heat the margarine in medium saucepan over medium heat. Combine the half and half, alfredo sauce, cream cheese, dried basil and remaining tiger sauce; stir well.

    Reduce to low heat and simmer for 8 minutes until creamy and smooth. Remove from heat. Add cooked bow tie pasta and mix together until combined.

    Spoon bow tie pasta mixture onto smoked sausage mixture in the baking dish. Sprinkle with pizza cheese blend.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
