I created a thirteenth recipe with tiger sauce. This one is a burger casserole recipe with cheese, filled with tiger sauce and it's so delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound dry medium shell pasta
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 large vidalia sweet onion, peeled and diced
  • 2 banana peppers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons steak seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups tiger sauce, divided
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and cut into pieces
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided

How To Make cheesy tiger burger casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Cook shell pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package directions. Drain.
  • Step 3
    Heat the ground beef in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in diced vidalia sweet onion, chopped banana peppers and Worcestershire sauce and cook for 7 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain and discard the fat.
  • Step 4
    Return to the saucepan, add steak seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, garlic powder and 1 cup tiger sauce; stir well and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Step 5
    In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, honey mustard, cream cheese, cooked bacon pieces,1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese and remaining tiger sauce; whisk together until blended.
  • Step 6
    Add the cooked shell pasta and bacon cheese sauce mixture to the beef mixture; stir well until combined.
  • Step 7
    Transfer into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
