A family favorite when I was growing up! I always liked it over rice, because the rice would absorb the "gravy" and be so creamy and delicious. This was a way for mom to get supper on the table with minimal effort and since she worked full-time, it gave her time to help with homework or chat about the day while it cooked. I have even made it up while I made breakfast, refrigerated it and pulled it out to bake for supper.

Ingredients For three soup supper

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 cancream of celery soup

1 canfrench onion soup

1 1/2 lbbeef stew meat or chuck roast
How To Make three soup supper

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2If using chuck roast, cut up into bite size pieces.

3In 1.5 or 2 quart baking dish, combine all the soups and add meat.

4Bake 2 hours @ 325 degrees.

5Serve over cooked rice, cooked noodles, baked potato or bread.
