Ingredients

  • 12 slices turkey deli meat
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup peas and carrots, frozen
  • 1 cup stuffing, prepared
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup turkey or chicken gravy
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

How To Make thanksgiving cups

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease your 12-cup pan.
  • Step 2
    Mix corn, peas and carrots, and gravy in a bowl.
  • Step 3
    Lay 1 slice of deli meat into each cup. Spread a layer of mashed potatoes on the bottom of the deli meat.
  • Step 4
    Then add a layer of stuffing and scoop some of the veggie gravy mixture on top of the stuffing.
  • Step 5
    Then sprinkle some cheese on top.
  • Step 6
    Bake in the oven for 12 minutes; make sure to keep an eye on the cups.
