Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 can 14 1/2 ounce diced tomatoes
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make tex mex spaghetti

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2Cook spaghetti noodles according to directions.

Step 3Cook hamburger, onion, and garlic over medium heat until brown. Drain fat.

Step 4Add taco seasoning and water and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 5Add the tomatoes and sharp cheddar cheese. Reduce heat to low and cook until cheese melts stirring constantly.

Step 6Stir in cooked spaghetti noodles, and pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with 1/2 cheese.

Step 7Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
