Ingredients
- 3 to 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup salsa, hot, medium or mild
- 1 cup uncooked while rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 can corn, drained
- garlic powder to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
- chile powder, to taste
- shredded jack cheese, for topping

Step 1Pre heat oven to 350* Mix all ingredients except chicken in a 9X13 baking dish. Top with chicken pieces. Cover, bake at 350* for 40 minutes. Remove cover, top with shredded cheese. return to oven until cheese melts, aprox. 5 minutes.
