tater tot casserole/beef,cheese,veggies
I was looking for a tater tot casserole the other day. I read a few different ones and combined a little of each and it turned out great. It was so good. This one is a keeper.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 small cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 package mccormicks au jus
- 1 bag tater tots or tater rounds
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make tater tot casserole/beef,cheese,veggies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Brown ground chuck with onion, drain.

Step 3In a large mixing bowl pour your 3 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 package of McCormick's Au Jus. Mix well. Add ground beef and mixed vegetables. Stir until mixed.

Step 4Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Cover with cheddar cheese.

Step 5Arrange tater tot (or tater rounds) on top of casserole. Bake for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes, then enjoy. Note: You can spread the cheese on top of the tater tots, if you like. I like the tater tots crispy, so I spread the cheese on first.
