  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 small
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 c
    frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 c
    shredded cheese
  • 1 lb
    frozen bite sized tater tots, seasoned

How to Make Tater-Topped Casserole


  1. Heat oven to 375*. Brown meat with onions in a skillet, stirring occasionally, drain.
  2. Mix soup and milk. Add meat mixture and mixed vegetables and stir together.
  3. Line a layer of potatoes into a 8" square baking dish. Spoon meat mixture on top. Top with remainder of potatoes and cheese.
  4. Bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and casserole is heated through.
