Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 pound frozen bite sized tater tots, seasoned
How To Make tater-topped casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 375*. Brown meat with onions in a skillet, stirring occasionally, drain.

Step 2Mix soup and milk. Add meat mixture and mixed vegetables and stir together.

Step 3Line a layer of potatoes into a 8" square baking dish. Spoon meat mixture on top. Top with remainder of potatoes and cheese.

Step 4Bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and casserole is heated through.
