taco pie
Originally we used crescent rolls for this, but making it with pie crusts is just quicker and easier. This is a fantastic recipe, and we make two at a time; one to eat and one to freeze!

Ingredients
- - refrigerated pie crust
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups fritos, crumbled
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- - lettuce
- - tomato
- - sour cream
- guacamole
How To Make taco pie

Step 1Place crust in 9" pie plate. Brown hamburger and onion, drain well. Mix in sauce and taco seasoning. Put into crust. Layer with cheese and fritos. Bake 25 min at 350. Garnish with tomato, lettuce, and sour cream.

Step 2This can be frozen before cooking, or after cooking. I prefer after to keep crust from getting soggy.
