sweet german sauerkraut and polish sausage

So easy and so good. Just a bit of applesauce makes the sauerkraut easy on the mouth and the stomach! Try it and I'm sure everyone will enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • 2 jars german sauerkraut 24 oz. each
  • 1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1 package polish sausage (6 or more)
  • 1/2 stick butter

How To Make sweet german sauerkraut and polish sausage

  • Step 1
    Brown polish sausages in skillet. Slice to bite size.
  • Step 2
    Pour sauerkraut and 1/2 cup of applesauce into large 9 by 12 glass dish. Mix well
  • Step 3
    Add polish sausages.
  • Step 4
    Add melted butter and mix all ingredients together.
  • Step 5
    Heat and serve.
