sweet and tangy macaroni and cheese
I created another macaroni and cheese recipe with a season of Grill Mates' Sweet and Tangy seasoning. There's crunchy and cheese on the bottom.

Ingredients
- 8 butter round crackers, crushed
- 1 cup cubed process American cheese
- 4 tablespoons sweet and tangy seasoning, divided
- 16 ounces dry elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
How To Make sweet and tangy macaroni and cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add crushed butter round crackers, cubed American cheese, and 1 tablespoon sweet and tangy seasoning; mix well.

Step 3Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon sweet and tangy seasoning and macaroni and cook until al dente for 8 minutes; drain and set aside.

Step 4Heat the margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and 1 tablespoon sweet and tangy seasoning until combined.

Step 5Add the milk and half and half; whisk well for 5 minutes until the mixture is creamy.

Step 6Stir in cream cheese, shredded Monterey Jack, sharp cheddar, Parmesan cheese, and remaining sweet and tangy seasoning.

Step 7Add cooked macaroni; mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Step 8Pour into a prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Step 9Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheeses are bubbly.
