stuffed pepper spaghetti
This recipe came about because I needed to use up ingredients in my refrigerator....and I had wanted to make stuffed peppers and the mini ones were the only ones I had. I just seasoned the turkey meat as I would if I was making meatloaf with it...I think you might like it...my family did.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 12 mini bell peppers,cut top off, hollow out
- 1 pound ground turkey, season as if making your meat loaf
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 32 ounces jar spaghetti sauce, more or less
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese, your choice
How To Make stuffed pepper spaghetti

Step 1Heat oven to 350^. Spray 8 in. baking dish.Set aside.

Step 2Cook and drain pasta. Place on bottom of baking dish.

Step 3Cut and clean out peppers. Set aside.

Step 4Mix meat, using your favorite meat loaf recipe. (omit eggs and filler, such as crackers, bread crumbs, and oatmeal)

Step 5Stuff mini peppers with meat mixture. Place on top of pasta. Any leftover meat mixture, make into tiny meatballs and place a row on 2 sides of dish.

Step 6Pour sauce over all. Shake dish to settle sauce. Sprinkle on onion and cheese.

Step 7Cover lightly with foil. Bake 30 min. Remove foil . Add more cheese. Bake 5 to 10 min. more to melt additional cheese..Enjoy .
