For the people who love eating steak nachos, I created this new casserole recipe for the first time. It fills with the fixings of steak nachos.

Ingredients For steak nacho casserole

1 ccubed pepper jack cheese

2 ccrushed Doritos, divided

16 ozuncooked fusilli pasta

1 Tbspavocado oil
-
1 1/2 lbfresh beef stew meat

1 mdred bell pepper, chopped
-
1 mdyellow onion, peeled and diced
-
3fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and sliced
-
1 Tbspsteak seasoning
-
3 tsplime juice
-
1 Tbspmargarine
-
1 cheavy cream
-
1/2 cmilk
-
8 ozcream cheese, softened
-
2 Tbspcrushed red pepper flakes
-
1 jarprocessed cheese spread
-
1 candiced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
-
1 cshredded Mexican cheese blend
How To Make steak nacho casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add cubed pepper jack cheese and sprinkle with 1 cup crushed Doritos; mix well.

3Cook fusilli pasta according to package directions; drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Add remaining crushed Doritos; toss well. Set aside.

4Heat avocado oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef stew meat, chopped red bell peppers, diced yellow onion, and sliced jalapeno peppers. Saute for 5 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.

5Reduced to low heat. Stir in steak seasoning and lime juice; saute again for 3 minutes until combined.

6Heat margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Combine heavy cream, milk, cream cheese, red pepper flakes, processed cheese spread, and diced tomatoes and green chilies. Stir well and bring it to a boil for 5 minutes until thickened.

7Add beef mixture and Doritos fusilli mixture; mix well for 4 minutes until blended. Remove from heat.

8Pour over a prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with shredded Mexican cheese blend.

9Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely for 15 minutes.
