Ingredients
- 8 ounces pork sausage
- 3 small zucchini, sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cans cream-style corn (8 3/4 oz)
- 2 cups shredded Monterrey jack cheese
- 1 can chopped green chiles, drained (4 oz)
How To Make squash casserole

Step 1Brown the sausage in a large skillet, stirring until it crumbles. Drain well, and set aside.

Step 2Saute the zucchini and onions in butter in skillet over medium heat until tender.

Step 3Combine the zucchini mixture, reserved sausage, corn, cheese, and chiles; stir well. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.

Step 4Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden.
