Ingredients

8-10 ozspaghettini
-
2 Tbspwhole basil

2 Tbspparsley flakes

1/4 csoft butter
-
8 ozpackage cream cheese, softened

1/3 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
1/4 colive oil
-
1 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
2/3 cboiling water
How to Make Spaghettini with Green Sauce
- Cook spaghettini in large amount boiling salted water till just tender; drain
- Make Green Sauce: Add basil and parsley flakes to butter. Blend in cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic and pepper. Stir in boiling water; blend well
- Arrange hot spaghettini on warm platter and serve with the sauce.
