Ingredients
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 pound ground chuck, cooked
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make sour cream beef 'n noodles

Step 1Cook noodles, drain

Step 2Brown meat and onion together

Step 3Add tomato sauce,salt,pepper and garlic salt

Step 4Combine noodles,cottage cheese and sour cream in a separate bowl

Step 5Put 1/2 of the noodle mixture in a 2 1/2 qt casserole dish

Step 6Add 1/2 meat mixture on top of noodles

Step 7Repeat layers. top with cheddar cheese.

Step 8Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes. I don't cover mine
