I collected recipes for a Head Start recipe book fundraiser, and this was one that was submitted for this book. It is 'souper' easy to make, sorry for the pun!

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup light cream or milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cups uncooked rice
- 1 - fryer chicken, cut up (or 4 chicken breasts)
- - salt and pepper
- - paprika
How To Make soupy chicken

Step 1Combine soups, cream and melted butter with rice. Spread mixture into lightly greased 9x12x2 baking pan or dish. Top with chicken pieces. Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika. Dot top with butter. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken and rice are tender.
