How to Make Seven Layer Casserole

  1. In a large casserole dish layer ingredients. Spray with pam first. Start with the rice, corn, salt and pepper.
  2. layer tomato sauce mixed with 1/2 cup water, chopped onion, and bell pepper. Layer ground beef over the top, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add tomato sauce with the 1/4 cup of water mixture. Cover with the uncooked bacon. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover and continue to bake for 30 minutes until bacon is crisp. Because some ovens varies, check to see if done after baking uncovered. sometimes it doesn't take that long. This goes great with Rye bread. "Bon Appetite"
