  • 3 teaspoons steak sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 8 slices bacon, cut into pieces
  • 1 large vidalia onion, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces Monterey jack cheese, shredded

How To Make seattle bacon burger casserole

  • Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add the sliced jalapeno poppers.
  • Step 2
Cook the penne pasta according to package directions; drain.
  • Step 3
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and sliced jalapenos, season with sthe teak seasoning and cook for 8 minutes until the meat is browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Step 4
Stir in steak sauce, honey mustard, and dry onion soup mix and set aside.
  • Step 5
Place the bacon pieces into a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes, until evenly browned.
  • Step 6
Remove the bacon pieces from the saucepan with a slotted spoon. Transfer into a paper towel-lined plate and set aside.
  • Step 7
Melt the margarine and bacon drippings together over medium heat. Add the sliced vidalia onion and saute for 5 minutes until translucent. Whisk in the flour, stirring frequently until the mixture forms a smooth paste.
  • Step 8
Whisk in the milk and heavy cream, bring the mixture to a simmer, whisking constantly until thickened. Stir in cream cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth and thick.
  • Step 9
Stir in the cooked penne pasta and beef and jalapeno mixture into the sauce, then lightly mix in the cooked bacon pieces. Pour into a prepared baking dish and sprinkle with shredded monterey jack cheese on top.
  • Step 10
Bake in the preheated oven, about 30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes.
