A mix of my favorite shellfish! And I love a good casserole. You will need sides with this. I usually do a nice green salad and baked potatoes. They can cook while prepping and cooking the casserole. I am always trying to save time in the kitchen!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 3/4 pound medium-sized shrimp, unpeeled
  • 1 cup fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup cooked lobster, chopped
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • fresh parsley, chopped

How To Make seafood imperial

  • Step 1
    Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 to 5 minutes Drain well. Rinse with cold water. Peel and devein shrimp.
  • Step 2
    Combine the shrimp and the next 11 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well. Spoon the mixture into a butter 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Step 3
    Combine the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Stir well. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture evenly over the seafood mixture.
  • Step 4
    Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
