1 lgonion, chopped

5 clovegarlic, minced

1Eckrich smoked sausage, cut into pieces

2boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks

2 Tbsptomato paste

1/4 cwhite wine
-
2 cancannellini beans drained (15 oz)

2 cchicken stock

1 cfrozen peas
-
1 ptcherry tomatoes

salt and pepper
- CRUNCHY TOPPING

1 cPanko bread crumbs

1/4 cfresh parsley chopped

1/4 cmelted butter

How To Make sausage, chicken, and white bean casserole

1Cut the bacon into pieces and add the olive oil to a Dutch oven and cook the bacon until crisp. Remove the bacon to a plate and set aside.

2Add the onion and garlic to the bacon grease in the pan and cook for 5 minutes.

3Add the sausage and chicken. Brown the meat. Stir in the tomato paste.

4Add the wine and let most evaporate. Add the chicken stock, beans, peas, and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix all together and add the bacon back in.

5Place in a 400-degree oven and bake for 45 minutes.

6Mix the topping ingredients together. Sprinkle over the casserole and place back in the oven for 15 more minutes until the top is crispy.

7Let rest for about 15 minutes and serve.
