Ingredients
- 2 pounds potatoes peeled and chopped
- 2 sticks butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 1/2 pounds ground pork sausage
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make sausage casserole

Step 1Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until soft. Drain mash potatoes with butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Step 2Preheat oven 400 degrees. Heat oil in skillet. Add onion and cook 3 minutes. Add the sausage and cook until no longer pink.

Step 3Mix tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, worcestershire sauce, soup mix, flour, and 3/4 cup water in a jug and shake until well combined. Stir into sausage mixture cook until thickened.

Step 4Add sausage mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with cheese and then mashed potatoes
