I created another beef casserole recipe based on Grill Mates' Roasted Garlic and Herb seasoning. It's great for baking casseroles.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces uncooked bow-tie pasta
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 6 tablespoons roasted garlic and herb seasoning, divided
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds fresh beef stew meat
  • 2 banana peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves galic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

How To Make roasted garlic and herb beef casserole

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Step 2
Cook bow tie pasta according to package directions; drain.
  • Step 3
Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Add 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons roasted garlic and herb seasoning; mix well.
  • Step 4
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add beef stew meat, saute and sear for 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
  • Step 5
Reduce to a low heat. Stir in sliced banana peppers, sliced yellow onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and 2 tablespoons of roasted garlic and herb seasoning. Set aside.
  • Step 6
Heat the margarine and garlic powder in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Step 7
Add heavy cream, half and half, cream cheese, and remaining roasted garlic and herb seasoning; stir well and let it simmer for 6 minutes until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Step 8
Add cooked bow tie pasta and beef tips mixture into a prepared baking dish; mix well until combined. Pour the sauce evenly and sprinkle the remaining shredded Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Step 9
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely for 13 minutes before serving.
