Ingredients
- 2 cups drained sauerkraut
- 1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 - tomato, cut in thin slices
- 5 tablespoons 1000 island dressing
- 3/4 pound thinly sliced corned beef or pastrami
- 4-5 - slices swiss cheese or 1/2 cup shredded
- 2 - slices deli rye bread processed into soft crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make reuben casserole

Step 1Put drained sauerkraut in a casserole dish. Sprinkle caraway seeds over the top.

Step 2Layer tomatoes, salad dressing, and meat over sauerkraut in that order.

Step 3Top with cheese. Toss bread crumbs in butter that has been melted and mixed with the parsley, and sprinkle on top of the casserole. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
