I created a new pizza casserole recipe. It is so delicious. It's inspired by Kinder's Red Jalapeno Garlic seasoning.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Gouda cheese, cut into 1/2 cubes
- 2 cups mini pepperoni, divided
- 6 tablespoons red jalapeno garlic seasoning, divided
- 16 ounces uncooked ziti
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 5 fresh jalapenos, sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium orange bell pepper,sliced
- 3 fresh white mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons pizza seasoning, divided
- 1 jar pizza sauce
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
How To Make red jalapeno garlic pizza casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2Coat a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with a cooking spray. Add cubed Gouda cheese, 1 cup mini pepperoni, and 2 tablespoons red jalapeno garlic seasoning; mix well.

Step 3Cook ziti according to package directions; drain.

Step 4Heat ground beef in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 5 minutes until they are browned and crumbly. Drain any excess fat.

Step 5Reduce to low heat, stir in sliced jalapenos, red and orange bell peppers, mushrooms, pizza seasoning, and 2 tablespoons red jalapeno garlic seasoning. Remove from heat.

Step 6In a large bowl, combine pizza sauce, cream cheese, and remaining red jalapeno garlic seasoning, whisk well for 3 minutes until blended.

Step 7Add cooked ziti pasta and beef mixture; mix well until combined.

Step 8Spoon into a prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with shredded Italian cheese blend.

Step 9Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Cool completely for 10 minutes.
